Changes needed to help Healers
I've already mentioned it'd be nice to have a way to target Allies who need healing. In a combat situation party members are selectable from the list, but not NPCs, even in escort missions when they're part of the party. So you have to hover over the name to see how injured they are, and then click to select.
This has another problem. Whenever you click an NPC in this game, you run up to them. This is not wanted in a combat situation - I'm not trying to talk to them, but select them! So some changes really are needed.
1) In combat, clicking an allied NPC doesn't move you towards them, only selects them
2) Allies appear on the list of party members on a temporary basis. Perhaps any ally within X range is added to the list and removed when out of range? That makes it easy to see health and select them.
3) Need a target most injured ally shortkey.
Any other changes need to be made?

True. I use F1 through F8 as short key for party members but you're right there is no short key for Most Injured Allies.
They need another one for Most Hexed Player/Ally too. Sometimes it's the hexes that kill you not the hits. For a Mesmer or Protection Monk these would be just a crucial

I kinda would like to know what, exactly, targetted members are suffering from. Now, you only know what type, condition, enchantment, and hex, that they have on them. Any chance of knowing which hex/condition they have?

To some degree, I'd believe actually being able to heal those that need it the most is part of a healer's skill and not something you should just be able to select with a single push of a button.

I think it would be enough if you can see how many hexes, enchantments a person has.
Instead of one arrow, maybe one arrow per hex/enchantment. That would be very nice!
